Founder & CEO
Born in 1962, Antoine is a food processing engineer, graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Agronomie et d’Industrie Alimentaire in Nancy, France.
With more than 30 years of international experience in the food industry, Antoine has a massive expertise in project setting, Industrial development and operation management.
Being member of the Executive Committee of each country he covered, he successfully managed the construction and start-up of several production plants in different country in the world, and started up Coca Cola production in Vietnam.
During his professional carrier, Antoine gave several lectures in the Engineering University in Marseille and Strasbourg in France.
Having worked at Heineken Global Audit, reporting to the Executive Board, he gained the visibility of the global production, procurement, distribution and the Regional management of Western Europe.
During his years at Heineken Egypt and Congo, he developed a local sourcing program of wine grape and beer barley and rice with a local producer, resulting on stopping importation of these raw materials and huge gain in cost, flexibility, working capital, and local social development.
In 2012, Antoine won the “INEX” award (Innovation Exhibition), for the most successful local sourcing development, supporting the strategic Global Heineken sustainability program.
Born in 1962, Adel holds an MBA in Marketing from the European University in Brussels.
With more than 30 years of management and marketing experience, Adel is a seasoned adman, with a good command of the skills required for both brand building, and strategic planning and development. Having worked at McCann Erickson, J. Walter Thompson and Saatchi & Saatchi, he is an agency man through and through.
Working and living in major Middle East capitals before settling down in Beirut in 2004, he’s acquired invaluable insights into the MENA population, and is considered something of an expert in the region and its sensitivities.
He’s been involved in a variety of large and complex communication projects for a wide array of multinationals, experience that spans many industry sectors. Including FMCG (AlMarai, Betty Crocker, Cadbury, Lambert, Mcvities, Nestle, Procter & Gamble and Unilever)
